Refund Policy

Learn about our cancellation, return, and refund processes.

1. Consultation Appointments

We understand that schedules can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Physical Products & Store Purchases

For products purchased from our store, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Perishable goods, personal care items, and unsealed supplements are exempt from being returned.

3. Digital Courses & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and digital materials are final. However, if you experience technical issues accessing the content, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue or process a refund at our discretion within 3 days of purchase.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, or your cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
